Studio Internationale, Randwick Australia

The entire rear wall of the property measures in at 6.7H x 7.2W with the top section of the doors being motorised to create a breezeway while the sliding doors at ground level create an uninterrupted connection to the outside garden. There are also two Guillotine windows used at the entry to the property to create lightwells in an enclosed courtyard.
